Peter Janssen has a feel for the profession that I have not seen in many.  He has both a degree in engineering and in music.  This combination plus his formal training as a piano technician permits him to bring to his trade a multiplicity of talents and proficiencies.  I believe it is especially important that he is a trained musician, who has played professionally.  Therefore, he is able to approach the tuning from an artist’s perspective as well as a technician’s perspective.
